Modern machinery

We use eccentric presses with a force of 10 T to 105 T.
Stamping can be done on tools with a maximum size of 1000x600.
All machine and manual production processes, storage and adjustment of tools, as well as some intermediate control procedures take place in the main section of the company.
 
We take order and cleanliness very seriously. Every machine, device, intermediate good, document and every tool have their own place. The working environment around the machine is defined and neat, and its order and cleanliness are maintained on a daily basis. All these factors indirectly contribute to product quality and employee well-being.
 
In production preparation, a special emphasis is given to the setting and preparation of tools. This is done by a special department within the production, where the maintenance of tools is carried out.
 
In our company, we take care of the precise planning of the technological process, whose integral part is also the accompanying documentation, which enables tracking and production of the product according to the prescribed procedure. Modern CAD / CAM programs together with the information system and, finally, an all-round experience, help us in these tasks.

All of these tools and experience contribute to a fast and reliable production with fast response times.
